Spaghetti and Meatballs?! April Fools’ Day Dinner!

April Fools’ Day is my favorite time of year to really challenge myself to come up with a sweet meal disguised as savory!

I’ve done a couple of other projects like this in the past, including a breakfast of eggs, sausage and toast, and a fast food meal. This spaghetti and meatballs April Fools’ Day dinner completes the menu!

Here’s what you’ll need for this project:

• Roll-out cookie dough (use your favorite recipe or get mine in the tutorial shop)
• Gingerbread cookie dough
• Paring knife
• Stiff consistency royal icing, thinned slightly
• 12″ decorating bags
• Decorating tip 5
• Microplane
• Brush
• Clear piping gel
• Colors: Red & Yellow from the Wilton Color Right color system
