This set of floral cookies decorated with royal icing doesn't require any flood consistency royal icing, which means that there's very little drying time in between steps. Perfect for when you need to do a set from start to finish in one day!

Since this set doesn't require any flooding, I would recommend these floral cookie designs for beginner cookie decorators who want to practice their piping skills but are feeling overwhelmed by getting their flood consistency to be just right. I've been there!

This cookie set also gives you a great opportunity to try out different types of decorating tips. I used an open star tip 18 to make the swirl flowers on these small round cookies and a petal tip 101 to make the bow and petals on the other floral cookies.
