Dinosaur Cookies!

Jurassic Park is one of my favorite movies of all time! It's hard to believe that it's been over 20 years since my dad took me to see it when it first opened in 1993. I've probably watched it about 20 times since then! So, as you can imagine, I'm very excited for the premiere of Jurassic World next weekend. So excited, in fact, that I made these dinosaur cookies to celebrate!

As you'll see in the video below, I used SugarVeil® edible lace with the Mesh Mat and painted it with Wilton bronze and green pearl dusts to get the realistic texture of dinosaur skin. Read this post to learn how to make it.

  1. Hi!! I'm wanting to try the dinosaur skin texture cookie... what mold did you use on those cookies? All I can seem to find is floral molds. Thank you! (Also what do you mean by using alcohol or flavored extracts?) thanks again!
