I always find it difficult to give up Christmas cookies after the holidays! Here is one more winter design before we go into the Valentine's Day season. These wet-on-wet royal icing snowflake cookies are decorated with natural food coloring from The Sugar Art. I added granulated sugar for texture and luster dust for some sparkle.

I fell in love with the natural food coloring color palette that I used for my Christmas cookies this past season and I used the leftover icing to create the colors for these snowflake cookies.
To keep these cookies free of artificial colors, I used luster dust from TruColor, which is a brand of natural food coloring and luster dusts. Their luster dusts can be found in Tunde's Creations Etsy shop.
