Before making these conversation heart cookies, I realized that I hadn't actually eaten a conversation heart candy since elementary school when we used to tape construction paper "mailboxes" to our desks to be filled with Valentine's Day cards and sweets. This project was a trip down memory lane!

I am looking at taking it to the next level for my happy bags. Your sharing of square shape cookies is great. This whole infornation post was awesome.
Thank you
Megan
How much do you charge for your cookies and do you take orders from other states?
Kim
Wow, these cookies are incredibly cute. Thank you for sharing!
Love watching you decorate. I may never do most of the things I've seen...I just find it SO relaxing to watch!!
Thank you so much, Amy!
I love every single idea of yours!!! You are so inspiring!!! Thank you!!!
Amber - do you have any videos on tinting royal icing? It always seems to take so much gel paste to get color! Even when I use Americolor or Wilton. Two of the most difficult ones are true red (like an apple) and true black (like wheels on cars or bats for Halloween). Any suggestions?
Thanks, and I love your videos!
Thanks, Patty! Have you tried letting the icing sit for several hours after making the dark colors? When making black, for example, I make a very dark gray and allow it to sit for a while and it's black by the time I'm ready to use it. Same with red, but I also add a little bit of black, burgundy or brown to red to deepen the shade.
You are so,so talented I would love to learn.
Can't even begin to tell you how much I LOVE your talent!!!! Thank you for sharing with us cookie decorators! <3
Thanks for sharing!!! Amber, please where can I find the scribe tool you use when decorating your cookies and in your classes?? The one from PME is too short. Thanks so much!
Nayeli
