In this week's cookie decorating tutorial in the Cookie Art Club, I'll show you how to make these beautiful decorated cookies inspired by Turkish tiles. This design idea was requested by a good friend of mine who spent the summer in Turkey last year.
The full tutorial, color mixing instructions (made with natural food coloring!), and recipes to make these decorated cookies are in the Cookie Art Club.

Since we're coming up on Valentine's Day, I also decorated some heart shaped cookies with the same colors and patterns. The cookie dough is made with my chocolate cookie dough recipe and a version of my orange cardamom cookie recipe that I turned into pink raspberry cookie dough (all of my recipes are available in the Cookie Art Club!
I decorated these cookies using the wet-on-wet royal icing technique, but I made things a little easier on myself this time by separating the cookies into sections first, and then decorating one section at a time.
