I gave these zodiac constellation cookies to my family when we were celebrating my mom's birthday last weekend. Fortunately everyone who's old enough to eat a cookie has a different sign, so there was no arguing over who got what 🙂

To make the little stars on the base layer of icing on these cookies, I splattered the wet icing with TruColor Liquid Shine, which is luster dust that's mixed with alcohol. I also used it to paint the glowing effect around the stars in the constellations.

I don't know much about zodiac signs except that I'm a virgo. I was surprised to see that there are so many different interpretations of the zodiac constellations! There are tons of images online that you can use as a reference when making these cookies. I did these by eye rather than tracing them, but you can certainly use a projector or my Tissue Paper Method to get an exact copy of the designs.
