  1. This is going to be my presents "this year" I am going to practice on brown paper bags with gel pen and even try some chipboard shapes and multi media them to match your real cookies! When I feel that I have got the consistency right, I might even attempt a proper house - Your technique is so mesmerising and I love the gentle music. God bless

  2. I have a question about meringue powder, does it expire? I have some maybe 5 years old, it smells ok, but there is no date on the can. Its Wilton brand.
