This beginner-friendly, hands-on class is designed to introduce students to the foundational techniques of decorating cookies with royal icing.
I'll guide participants through preparing and coloring royal icing, achieving the perfect consistency for a smooth, professional finish, and creating elegant Valentine’s Day–inspired designs using the wet-on-wet royal icing decorating technique.
Each student will decorate their own set of cookies to take home, along with my signature sugar cookie and royal icing recipes so you can continue practicing your skills long after class ends.
No prior decorating experience is necessary—just come ready to learn, create and have fun!
