My first set of Delft pottery cookies that I made in 2013 were recently featured in Country Living Magazine! This inspired me to do a new version of the design using Wilton's tea set cookie cutters (available in my Amazon Store). The full tutorial is available on Patreon.

Each cookie took between 7 and 9 minutes to complete. You do have to move pretty fast with the wet-on-wet technique, which is why I use extra meringue powder in my royal icing recipe to ensure that I have as much time as possible to work with the icing before it starts to crust over.

The best thing about this Delft pottery cookie design is that you only need to mix one icing color! It's the little details in the cookie that make it special, even with such a simple color palette.
