These plaque cookie cutters are some of my favorite shapes from Ann Clark Cookie Cutters. I love using plaques because you can make them work for pretty much any theme. The teacup is from a set of Wilton cookie cutters that I’ve had for years (get the set here).

It’s always a little stressful putting dark and light colors next to each other, but if your icing consistency is not too thin and you haven’t over-mixed the icing, you shouldn’t have any trouble with color bleed. Read my Ultimate Guide To Royal Icing for more tips on preventing color bleed.
