I just want to say that your work is absolutely gorgeous. I watched your video through Cake Fu and I didn't have a chance to ask a question that I had. You mentioned that you could freeze the cookies raw ahead of time and then bake them. How long would you recommend leaving them frozen for before taking them out to bake them?
Thank you, Jennifer! I freeze the cookies for at least 15 minutes before baking, but you can wrap them up and leave them in the freezer for up to three months. Once you're ready to bake, you don't have to let them thaw, just pop them in the oven. 🙂
