Baby Shower Cookies

I designed these cookies about a year ago for a friend's baby shower. I used the fancy square cutter from coppergifts.com for the large cookies and I cut the little ducklings by hand using some card stock and packing tape. You can see a tutorial on how I create the tufted cookie here.

Since the first time that I made these baby shower cookies, I've had the opportunity to recreate them a few more times for my customers.

This color palette is one of my favorites. I never would have thought to use this deep red and navy blue for baby cookies, but I love the way they turned out.

Then there were these gray cookies that sat next to a group of adorable gray fondant owls from SugarHigh, Inc at a baby shower.

The A in BABY from the original set is my favorite of all.
