Hi! I have seen your work on musical.ly, (AMAZING BTW, I LOVE IT!) And I want to be a pastry chef when I am older. I am currently 13 in 8th grade, and I'm going to high school for culinary. I've wanted to be a since I was 5, lol. Do you have any tips for me?

I'm so glad to hear that you want to be a pastry chef! My time in culinary school is when I was really able to narrow my focus to cake and cookie decorating. There were times in school when I wanted to give up, but I stuck with it and I'm very happy that I did! Best of luck for a successful career in pastry!
