Cookie Decorating with Amber Spiegel | Sunday 05.3.26 @ 2pm
Get tickets for my next cookie decorating class here: https://bluecashewkitchen.com/products/cookie-decorating-with-amber-spiegel-mothers-day-bouquets-sunday-05-03-26-2pm

In this intermediate-level class, you’ll learn how to create a beautiful floral cookie bouquet. This class is perfect for those who already have a basic understanding of royal icing and are comfortable preparing icing, adjusting icing consistency, coloring icing and handling a piping bag.
Together, we’ll build on those skills and explore techniques that bring cookies to life — including smooth flooding, wet-on-wet designs and blending, piping delicate ruffled flower petals, and painting on royal icing for added depth and detail.
Students are expected to have prior experience with:
- Making and thinning royal icing
- Coloring icing
- Filling and holding a decorating bag
Students new to these techniques are encouraged to watch Amber’s video tutorial, Royal Icing 101 to learn the foundational skills needed for this intermediate-level class.
Each student will leave the class with their own decorated cookies, as well as copies of Amber’s signature cookie and royal icing recipe for continued practice at home.
