Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Ginny Farris of Sugar Me Sweet Bakers when she stopped by my bakeshop. Ginny and I both attended a class with Mimi Fix to learn about the ins and outs of running a baking business. Although we took the class at different times, we "met" over the internet through our interactions with Mimi.
Lucky for me when Ginny stopped by, she brought over a box of her delicious treats! There were 4 different types of cookies in the box along with a rich, chocolatey, chewy brownie. I kept the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie for myself and brought the rest over to my parents' house so we could share them. These were some huge cookies and I would have felt pretty guilty eating them all myself, but I definitely could have because they were just that delicious.
The cookies were tender and buttery. The fresh lemon sugar cookie was definitely my favorite... or maybe it was the peanut butter & milk chocolate... I can't choose. Either way, they were all incredible.
