Custom Cookie Cutter

I received a custom made cookie cutter this morning from a friend in Hong Kong. Such a thoughtful gift! I have so many ideas of what to do with it first!
I'm a little late to the chevron party, but I'm thinking I'd like to incorporate it somehow into this cookie.

My friend was inspired by the cover of The Language Of Luxe when she had this cookie cutter made and was kind enough to send me one all the way from her home in Hong Kong. It's such a beautiful shape and I know I could just go crazy doing a really elaborate design, but I think that it would be best with a simple pattern.
This is a photo one of my decorating ideas that I tested out today. I'm also thinking of sparkling sugars and pearl dusts (of course). I'm off to the store to see what inspires me!
