Here’s what you’ll need to make these pointe shoe cookies
These supplies are available in my Amazon store unless otherwise noted
- Chilled sheet of cookie dough (I used my brown butter cookie recipe)
- Pointe shoe and frame templates
- Craft knife for cutting cookies
- Royal icing
- Food pencil (available at foodpencil.com) or edible ink marker
- Pink, yellow, forest green, and brown food coloring (I used Chefmaster brand)
- Sweet Sticks navy and white edible paint
- Sweet Sticks dark rose gold, vanilla bean, and white luster dust
- Sweet Sticks red matte paint powder
- Scribe tool
- 12” Decorating bags with couplers
- Decorating tips 1, 2, 16, 59s, and 350 or 352 (I used Wilton brand)
- Couplers & Bag ties (I used Wilton brand)
- Decorator brushes (I used Sweet Sticks brand)
- Vodka, grain alcohol, extract, or paint powder activator for painting
- Paint palette or small dishes
- Flower nail and parchment paper squares
