Here's what you'll need to make these pointe shoe cookies

These supplies are available in my Amazon store unless otherwise noted

  • Chilled sheet of cookie dough (I used my brown butter cookie recipe)
  • Pointe shoe and frame templates
  • Craft knife for cutting cookies
  • Royal icing
  • Food pencil (available at foodpencil.com) or edible ink marker 
  • Pink, yellow, forest green, and brown food coloring (I used Chefmaster brand)
  • Sweet Sticks navy and white edible paint
  • Sweet Sticks dark rose gold, vanilla bean, and white luster dust
  • Sweet Sticks red matte paint powder
  • Scribe tool 
  • 12” Decorating bags with couplers
  • Decorating tips 1, 2, 16, 59s, and 350 or 352 (I used Wilton brand)
  • Couplers & Bag ties (I used Wilton brand)
  • Decorator brushes (I used Sweet Sticks brand)
  • Vodka, grain alcohol, extract, or paint powder activator for painting
  • Paint palette or small dishes
  • Flower nail and parchment paper squares

  1. Amber I would love to see more Dance cookies. My daughter is a dancer and she loves to see cookies that are anything dance related.
