Seashell Cookies
I’m squeezing in one more summer design while there’s still time! My recent trip to Cape Cod inspired me to make these seashell cookies. They’re painted with ivory and white pearl dust with a dusting of bronze to add depth. I added the tiny gold stars for a touch of whimsy.

Here’s what you’ll need for this project:
- Roll-out cookie dough (use your favorite recipe or get mine in the tutorial shop)
- Ann Clark Seashell cookie cutter
- Medium Consistency Royal Icing
- 12″ decorating bags
- Decorating tip 5
- Scribe tool
- Brushes
- Ivory pearl dust
- White pearl dust
- Bronze pearl dust
- Edible gold stars
- Alcohol or flavored extract for painting with food coloring (why? read this)
- Paint palette or small dishes
