Decorated Bee Cookies with Royal Icing
I used the wet-on-wet technique and the royal icing transfer technique to make these decorated bee cookies.
This design was requested by my subscriber Vicki on Patreon (she also requested the shark cookies that I posted a few weeks ago!). I love hearing your suggestions for tutorials, so please let me know in the comments if you have a request!

If you look closely you’ll see that the edges of these cookies are a little darker than the middle, which was caused by butter bleed. Normally butter bleed is a nuisance and creates blotches or yellow spots on the cookies, but this time it actually added some nice shading! 😃
