Father’s Day Cookie Tutorial – How To Make Royal Icing Tools

I used both Wilton and Americolor gel pastes to make these colors. The red is Americolor tulip red, but I added a little black to it in order to tone it down (it’s a little orangey without it). And, as usual, I added a touch of green to the Wilton brown in order to make it a little less pinkish. The yellow is a mixture of Wilton lemon yellow and golden yellow. Most of the components of this cookie were piped using flood consistency royal icing except for the rope and the chain, which were piped using stiff consistency icing.
