Macaron Baking and Decorating Class with SweetAmbs + Macaroys

In the first half of this class, you’ll learn the secrets of baking perfect macarons from the master himself, Roy Cohen of Macaroys! Then, Amber Spiegel of SweetAmbs will show you how to create delicate royal icing decorations to make these sweet treats even more appealing.

All supplies will be provided by the instructor. Lunch and refreshments are included in the fee. Colors and decorations may vary slightly from the photo. Please allow for one extra hour at the end of the day in case class goes late.

In case of a cancelation by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances, fee will be fully refunded. A student may cancel up to one week in advance for a full refund. Cancelations by a student less than one week in advance will receive a credit of $250 toward a future class.
